Beginning the week of May 4, 2025, we will be adding Stained Glass Windows images to this page. For the next ten weeks the images and descriptions will be shared here, and in the Parish Bulletins and Parish Emails.
St. Ferdinand’s stained glass windows continue the ancient tradition of using colorful symbols both as art and to “tell the story” of the faith. When the majority of churchgoers could not read during the Middle Ages, such symbols became a form of “religion class” to instruct them in the stories and major figures of our faith. Today they help to draw us closer to Christ through images of the sacraments, the mysteries of the rosary, our parish’s history and more. We hope that sharing these will be an inspiration to your faith journey.
