Before and After Care

6:30 - 7:20 AM
2:45 - 6:00 PM

• There is a $25.00 per family registration fee. This must be paid at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable.
• Before Care - 6:30-7:20 AM
  • $3.00 per day, one child
  • $4.00 per day, two or more children
• After Care - 2:45 - 6:00 PM
  • 3:00-4:30 - $5.00 per child
  • 3:00-5:30 - $7.00 per child
  • 3:00-6:00 - $8.00 per child
• Before and After Care fees will be added to your FACTS account

• The program director is in charge of the students during this time.  If there is a discipline problem with your child, you will be notified. If the problem continues, you may be asked to make other arrangements for your child's care.
• Students will have the opportunity to have a snack, play outside, and complete homework.
• Personal toys, electronics, trading cards, etc. that are brought to school for After Care use are brought at your own risk.  All Saints Academy at the St. Ferdinand Campus is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• The person who signs the registration form is the only one responsible for making sure all fees are paid and up-to-date.

• After Care will be available on half days from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM There is no charge from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM if your child attends the After Care program at least twice a week.  If not, you will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 for the 11:00 AM-3:00 PM time. Students need to bring a lunch on these days. Drinks will be provided.                      

• There is no After Care on the first day of school, the last day before Thanksgiving and Christmas break as well as the last day of school.
• Students in Before or After Care will follow the rules found in the School Handbook.

Parents must drive to the back of the main school building and walk students through door #4.  All parents must sign in every morning.  Parents must drive carefully out of the front parking lot to leave campus. Before care ends at the
7:20 AM arrival bell.

• Parent MUST sign the child out each day. If someone other than the child's parent or legal guardian will be picking up the child, their name(s) must be listed on the registration form. An I.D. check will be done on this person when they arrive. If the school office is not notified, in writing or by phone, your child will not be permitted to leave with anyone except their parent or legal guardian.
• Parents must drive or walk to door #4 (the door behind the main school building) to notify the staff that they are there and are taking their child/children before signing them out. On occasion, the regular location for Falcon Friends may need to change to an alternate location, (Friday's during Lent, etc). If this is the case, the aftercare director will notify parents as soon as possible via FastDirect.
