The Archdiocese of St Louis is engaged in a process to re-configure the current structure of Archdiocesan parishes, schools, and agencies in order to face the future needs of the Church. Within each of the 15 Archdiocesan Planning Areas, draft models have been presented to the priests and all parishioners have had the opportunity to attend listening sessions. The recorded presentations and the models are now on the All Things New Planning Area 1 Page. All are encouraged to complete the survey: share feedback on the draft models, ministry opportunities, and suggestions on the development or expansion of evangelization or social outreach efforts. This Survey and feedback via email to allthingsnew@archstl.org remain open through 12/31/2022.
Father John Schneier's November 20 Homily at Incarnate Word Parish was very good, as he preached on Christ the King and on All Things New. As mentioned in his Homily, Father Schneier also posted his All Things New Myths and Facts document - very informative!
Steadfast in faith, forward in hope and guided by the Holy Spirit, our goals are three-fold: engage in unceasing prayer, define and implement a unified vision for evangelization, and ensure intentional stewardship of the gifts that God has given to us over these past 200 years.
