Golf Cost: $400/Team (pay in advance)
$440/Team (pay day of tournament)

Entry includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, donuts, hot dogs, drinks (beer, soda,
water), and a delicious meal afterwards. Purchase of mulligans, skins, and raffle
tickets will be available when you check-in at the tournament.
